Starters, choose one

• Greek Meatball: Lamb, pork and spices served with tzatziki sauce
• Haloumi: Cheese, grilled with an artichoke and sun-dried tomato salad
• Stuffed Scallop Shell: Scallops, mushroom, fennel pollen, kefalograviera and goat cheese

Entree, choose one (each entree will be served with Avgolemono soup and Greek salad)

• Lamb Tenderloin Prosciutto: Lamb tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto, grilled and served with creamy risotto
• Salmon Concasse: Seared filet with tomato-Xinomavro wine reduction and an herbed goat cheese mousse
• Eggplant Involtini: Sliced and sautéed eggplant stuffed with spinach and feta cheese (vegetarian or vegan)

Dessert, choose one

• Baklava: Traditional Greek dessert with phyllo, nuts and honey served with chocolate gelato
• Peach Melba: Grilled peach with vanilla gelato and mixed berry sauce
• St. John Commandaria: After dinner wine with a bouquet of dried fruit, spice and oak
