Appetizer, choose one:

• Mark’s Chef Salad: Mark’s signature garden salad with hard-boiled egg, cheddar cheese and red onions
• Bavarian Pretzel: Flash fried and served with house made #90 Red beer cheese dip
• Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail: A mound of baby shrimp served in a martini glass with Bloody Mary cocktail sauce and a lemon twist

Entrée, choose one:

• Schweinenschnitzel: Lightly breaded pork loin, pan fried to a golden brown. Topped with bacon and onion gravy. Served over spaetzles with sauerkraut
• Reuben Sandwich: Sliced corned beef topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing on grilled dark rye bread. Served with house chips
• Hungarian Beef Goulash: Tenderloin tips, onions and special seasonings simmered slow till tender in an Old-World gravy, served with buttered egg noodles and Bavarian red cabbage
