Appetizer, choose one:

• 2 Feta Cheese Meat Balls: with garlic cucumber sauce
• 1 Wild Pork Shank: in mushroom and peppercorn sauce
• Ruben Soup: bratwurst, sauerkraut and onion cheese soup

Entrée, choose one:

• Czechoslovakian Goulasch: pork and beef stew with sauerkraut in paprika sauce with spaetzel
• Schnitzel Art Des Hauses: baked with white asparagus, ham, mozzarella, and finished with our three cheese sauce served with spaetzel and croquettes
• Jaeger Schnitzel: with mushroom and white wine sauce served with spaetzel and croquettes
• Wild Pork Shanks: in mushroom and peppercorn sauce served with spaetzel and croquettes 
• Meat Balls: in rahm-cream sauce with spaetzel

Dessert, choose one:

• Apfel Strudel: German style with vanilla sauce and whipped cream, or American style with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
• German Bread Pudding: with brown sugar dark rum sauce and drizzled with chocolate
