$14 Lunch:

Appetizer, choose one:
  • Traditional Scotch egg: Local free-range egg wrapped in sausage, battered and deep fried. Served with our six grain beer mustard.
  • German Style Soft Pretzel: Locally made jumbo soft pretzel served with our six grain beer mustard.
  • Caramelized Onion Beer Dip: Four cheese blend made with Adler Brau and caramelized onions. Served with sea salt kettle chips.
Entrée, choose one:
  • Vegetable Curry: A coconut curry mixed with fresh seasonal vegetables served over basmati rice with pita bread.
  • Shaved Sirloin w/kettle chips (½ Sandwich): Shaved grass-fed sirloin covered in sauteed onions, mushrooms and Cheddar Jack cheese served on a hoagie with bistro sauce.
  • Cuban  w/kettle chips (½ Sandwich): Shredded pork, local Berkshire ham, pickles, smoked gouda, and six grain beer mustard on sourdough.
  • Beer Mac & Cheese (No Meat Option Available): Artisan four cheese beer sauce, bacon, Andouille sausage and bread crumbs served with garlic bread.

  • Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake: Layers of dark, milk and white chocolate mousse topped with chocolate Ganache.

$26 Dinner:

Appetizer, choose one:

  • Cheese Curds: Hand-made in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin using our Scottish Ale.
  • Spinach and Artichoke Dip: Made with five unique cheeses and served with tortilla chips.
Entrée, choose one: 
  • Beer Mac & Cheese (No Meat Option Available): Artisan four cheese beer sauce, bacon, Andouille sausage and bread crumbs served with garlic bread.
  • Tri-Colored Salmon Salad: Mixed greens, fresh Scottish Salmon, Roma tomatoes, pickled red onions, avocado and carrots. Served with mango vinaigrette.
  • Jaeger Schnitzel: Niman Ranch Berkshire pork cutlet tenderized, breaded, deep-fried and topped with a creamy brown mushroom sauce.  Served over spaetzle with fresh seasonal vegetables.
  • Big Sky Angus Burger: Topped with bacon, Cheddar Jack cheese, BBQ sauce and onion rings.

$36 Dinner:

Appetizer, choose one:
  • Cheese Curds: Hand-made in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin using our Scottish Ale.
  • Alligator Bites: Alligator meat marinated, breaded and fried. Served with Sriracha aioli.
  • Duck Wontons: Crispy wontons stuffed with duck, bacon, sweet corn, and cream cheese. Served with sweet Thai chili sauce
  • Pub Basket: An assortment of cheese curds, onion rings, chicken tenders, french fries and kettle chips.  Choice of 3 dipping sauces.  
Entrée, choose one: 
  • Brewer’s Schnitzel: Niman Ranch Berkshire pork cutlet tenderized, breaded and deep fried, topped with our artisan four cheese beer sauce, bacon, and mozzarella. Served over spaetzle with fresh seasonal vegetables.
  • Hand Cut Prime New York Strip: Topped with Shiitake mushrooms, onions, and grass-fed butter. Served with aged-cheddar mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.
  • Blackened Scottish Salmon: Fresh hand-cut blackened salmon with citrus herb butter and wild rice. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables.
  • Red Deer Stroganoff: New Zealand Cervena red deer prepared in the classic stroganoff style.  Served over spaetzle and topped with sour cream.
